A non-refundable retainer of $100 (for events under $1,000) or 25% of the total quote (for events $1,000 and over) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event: The retainer is non-refundable, but any additional payments made toward the balance will be refunded, minus non-refundable custom purchases approved approved by the client. Cancellations made with 7 days of the event: All payments made (including retainer and remaining balance) are non-refundable and forfeited.
Setup is always included—no hidden fees, no added stress. Our team will arrive approximately 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to install your booth, backdrop, and ensure every detail is ready before your guests arrive.
If you've added idle hours, we'll have everything fully set up before that time begins, allowing your event to flow without interruption. Should our setup window overlap with another part of your event, simply let us know. We'll work with you and your venue to create a schedule that keeps everything running smoothly.
For the best experience, we recommend a 10' × 10' setup area with at least 10 feet of ceiling clearance, located within 25 feet of a standard three-prong electrical outlet. Working with a smaller space? No problem. We're happy to review your venue layout and find a setup solution that fits your event perfectly.
Absolutely. We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance for your peace of mind. If your venue requires it, we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and can add the venue as an Additional Insured upon request, ensuring all event requirements are met before your celebration.
We recommend as early as possible to lock in your date! Most clients will book at least 4-6 weeks ahead of time. However, if your event is quickly approaching, we can still work with that. Submit your inquiry form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation of availability.
